A monthly residential snow-removal contract is the centre of JPPM’s winter service. It gives the property an agreed clearing scope and an organised route instead of a new booking for each snowfall. Driveways, front walkways and steps, and adjoining city sidewalks are standard inclusions unless explicitly excluded in the quote.
For home snow removal and snow shovelling in Edmonton, send the address and identify the driveway, frontage and entrances. We confirm route availability and pricing before service begins. The core residential season is November 1–March 31; any extension is confirmed in the proposal.
Accumulation beginning before 10 AM generally receives same-day service; accumulation beginning after 10 AM generally receives next-day service. On the service day, driveway clearing usually takes place between 6 AM and 10 PM. Routes take the day to complete and are ordered around operational factors rather than individually chosen priorities.
If a visit is completed while snow is still falling, you can expect a return the following day for continued accumulation under the 10 AM rule and approved terms. Before-8 AM service may be requested for $20.00 plus GST per visit with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

These are JPPM starting prices. The Edmonton proposal confirms the amount for your address, clearing areas, layout, access and available route. One-time work is quoted separately.
Driveway snow removal, sidewalk snow shovelling and front-walk clearing belong in the same property assessment. A corner lot, long frontage or detached-garage approach changes the clearing area. Identify the full frontage and any extra paths before accepting the quote so the crew instructions reflect the property.
Optional ice melt is billed at $2.00 per pound actually used, covering product and additional ice-management care time when selected. Rock chips provide included traction where applicable. Severe manual ice removal is separate approved work at $40 per hour. The quote identifies the ice-management option alongside the snow-clearing scope.
