Recurring mowing is our focus. We review the address, lawn layout and access, then confirm the schedule and scope in writing. Weekly and biweekly service have different seasons, bagging arrangements and Fall Cleanup inclusions, so choose the plan that suits the property.

Weekly mowing generally suits customers who want a more consistent appearance as the lawn grows through the season. Biweekly service is a lower-frequency option, but rainfall, irrigation and fertilizer can make a two-week gap less suitable during periods of rapid growth. We can discuss the lawn condition and intended standard before you choose.
A lawn cutting service maintains existing turf; it does not automatically include fertilizer, weed control, bed weeding or correction of drainage problems. Those needs belong in a separate scope. If the first visit involves tall, neglected grass, tell us so we can plan the labour and equipment appropriately.

Accepted recurring mowing routes include a visit notification and service report, with notes or photos where applicable. The same operational documentation supports internal review and the customer record. If access is blocked or the crew notices something requiring attention, it can be recorded for follow-up.
Before the first visit, identify gates, pets, fragile features and any areas equipment should avoid. Clear ordinary obstacles from the turf where possible. Ground conditions and weather can affect the work; property instructions help crews deliver the agreed service consistently.
Care for the rest of the yard.
Spring Cleanup is a separately quoted April–May service. Fall Cleanup is included to the agreed scope with weekly mowing and available separately for other customers. Garden-bed weeding and hedge trimming can be planned alongside the lawn.

Yes. The recurring mowing scope includes trimming around the quoted accessible edges and features, along with clearing mowing debris from affected adjacent hard surfaces.
Is grass bagging included?
Bagging is optional for weekly service and included automatically with biweekly service. One-time bagging and disposal needs are confirmed in the quote.
Does weekly mowing include Fall Cleanup?
Yes, a defined Fall Cleanup to the agreed property scope is included with the weekly May–October program. It is separate for biweekly and other customers.
Can you cut my lawn while I am on holiday?
One-time or temporary mowing may be available. Send the dates, address and lawn condition so we can review the request.
Can you care for the same property in winter?
You can also request a monthly snow-removal plan. Summer and winter routes are assessed separately, with the scope and availability confirmed for each service.
