Request Commercial Mowing
BUILD · IMPROVERecurring mowing, landscape upkeep and documented visits for west Edmonton and north Edmonton west of 97 Street. A grounds plan built around the site.
A commercial property needs care that suits the way people use it. Condo residents, office staff, customers and deliveries may share the same grounds while relying on different access routes. JPPM’s Edmonton commercial lawn mowing starts with defined turf areas and trimming boundaries, then connects any quoted bed care and seasonal work into a property-specific plan.
Condominiums, apartments, storefronts, offices, schools, industrial and mixed-use sites can request a grounds proposal. Tell us the appearance standard, operating hours and the areas you manage. Commercial service is quoted to the actual site; we do not apply one residential package or a universal per-acre price to every property.
Identify turf, slopes, islands, trees, planted beds and the edges that need attention. Entrances and customer-facing areas may require a different presentation standard from a utility yard. Access gates, parked vehicles, irrigation heads and delivery activity also affect the crew’s approach. A property map and clear instructions make the recurring work more useful than a general promise to maintain everything.
The agreed scope describes mowing, trimming and cleanup of the clippings our work leaves on affected pavement or entrance areas. Edging and other tasks are included where quoted. Frequency follows site needs and growing conditions; residential weekly or biweekly package inclusions are not automatically transferred to commercial contracts.
A tidy lawn can still sit beside overgrown beds or shrubs blocking an entrance. Garden-bed weeding, hedge trimming, Spring Cleanup and Fall Cleanup can be included in a wider proposal when agreed. Different tasks may need different visit frequencies. Recurring bed care can use defined priorities and an authorised labour cap so the manager knows how additional attention is controlled.
Fertilizer and partner-provided weed-control options can be discussed separately where appropriate. JPPM does not claim direct herbicide application; that work is coordinated through a service partner. Landscape improvements such as sod repair, new planting, mulch refresh or a reconstructed bed are also identified separately from the recurring mowing route.
Visit notifications and service reports document attendance, with notes and photos where applicable to the agreed scope. The operational information supports both internal review and the customer record. Blocked access, unusual conditions or areas needing follow-up can be recorded so the site contact understands what the crew encountered.
Identify one contact process for changes, tenant requests and approval of additional work. JPPM maintains WCB-Alberta coverage and business insurance, with current documentation available on request for contractor onboarding and property-management records. Clear reporting and a mapped scope help the customer and crew work from the same service expectations.
Spring preparation and fall work deserve their own agreed areas and disposal arrangements. Commercial inclusions are confirmed in the site contract rather than borrowed from residential mowing. Planning seasonal tasks alongside the recurring schedule helps the property manager see the wider year without treating every improvement as part of a routine cut.
Commercial snow removal can be discussed for the same site, with vehicle plowing and pedestrian access scoped separately. Landscaping, hardscaping, decks and fences can also be considered as projects when the property needs more than maintenance. You can keep those conversations with one company while receiving clear service and project proposals for each part of the work.
JPPM serves all of west Edmonton and north Edmonton west of 97 Street. Northwest Edmonton is part of that service area. Send your full street address with the work you need so we can prepare a scope and confirm scheduling availability for the property.
For regular lawn mowing and snow shovelling, the property instructions and seasonal route plan keep service organised.
