JPPM’s Edmonton fall yard cleanup addresses the agreed areas together, with a full seasonal visit or a leaf-only option according to the work you need. The quote identifies collection, disposal and any final mowing rather than assuming every property needs the same package.

Tree cover, wind and leaf drop shape the visit. Tell us whether the priority is a final seasonal reset or an earlier collection for appearance and access. Leaves can continue falling after a visit, so timing is part of the conversation. We review ground conditions and scheduling availability before confirming the work.

Collect the leaves
where they matter.

A full-service cleanup can combine the lawn, accessible garden beds, driveways, patios and decks where those areas are included. Point out narrow side yards, areas behind structures and beds around delicate plants when requesting the quote. Some areas need more careful hand work than ordinary surface collection, which should be described separately.

Disposal depends on the amount and condition of the material. Wet leaves, extensive tree cover and a large property can require more collection and handling than a small open lawn. Your proposal identifies the labour basis, minimum where applicable, disposal rate and any special debris. Photos of the yard and leaf buildup help us prepare the right scope before the crew arrives.

Weekly customers
already have a plan.

JPPM’s Weekly Lawn Mowing Program runs May 1–October 31 and includes a defined Fall Cleanup to the scope established in that customer’s agreement. The included areas, leaf collection and disposal follow the approved program. If you are already a weekly customer, we review that agreement before quoting extra cleanup work so you can understand what is included.

Biweekly mowing runs May 1–September 30 and does not include Fall Cleanup. Biweekly, one-time and vacation mowing customers can request a separate fall quote. The full cleanup and leaf-only choices are also available to customers who mow their own lawns. Tell us your current arrangement and the areas you want addressed; we will identify the service that fits.

Work with the
leaf drop and weather.

A cleanup after most leaves have fallen can collect more of the season’s material in one visit. An earlier visit may still be useful when leaves affect entrances or the appearance of the property. Weather can change either plan. We discuss the desired timing without promising that one attendance will collect leaves that have not yet fallen.

Clear access to gates and quoted hard surfaces before the visit, keep pets away and remove ordinary loose obstacles. Tell us about delicate features or material that should remain undisturbed. A final cut and trim is part of the full cleanup where agreed and conditions allow; a leaf-only service does not automatically include mowing. Additional bed work, pruning or extensive hauling can be quoted separately.

Connect the end
of one season to the next.

If the same property needs winter service, discuss the snow-removal areas while the yard is visible. Driveway layout, front walks, city sidewalk frontage and any optional paths are easier to identify before snowfall. Fall Cleanup and monthly snow removal remain separate service agreements, each with its own scope and availability.

The same company can help with routine mowing, seasonal cleanup and future landscape improvements. That continuity lets you describe the whole property while choosing only the services you need now. After the cleanup, let us know promptly if an agreed area needs attention so we can review the work and the property conditions.
